Deputy director of the Youth Activity Center of Fengtai District, Beijing, Master of Education, University of Canberra, Australia, backbone teacher at the municipal level, council member of the Accordion Society of the Chinese Musicians Association, and examiner of the national social, art and music level examination. In 2003, he participated in the training and study of Music Education in Capital Normal University. In 2007, he participated in the art education management seminar of Brigham Young University in the United States. In 2014, he participated in the advanced seminar of innovation management for education system leaders of Tsinghua University. Teacher Li Tao has served as a judge for many international and domestic accordion competitions; he organized and established a series of activity platforms for "Hand in Hand and Grow Together" between higher art colleges and off-campus education units, and has joined the Central Conservatory of Music, China Conservatory of Music, Central University for Nationalities, Art academies such as the Chinese Academy of Opera and Capital Normal University have carried out teacher-student artistic exchange activities with many youth activity centers and many primary and secondary schools in Beijing; in October 2008, the Beijing Fengtai District Youth Activity Center Popular Accordion Orchestra was established, 2009 The orchestra held a special concert at Shanghai Normal University; he won the Outstanding Tutor Award of the 4th Far East International Accordion Competition issued by the Far East Art Academy of the Russian Ministry of Culture; at the 30th Harbin Summer International held by the Ministry of Culture and the Harbin Municipal Government Won the Outstanding Teaching Achievement Award in the Accordion Competition; Won the Gold Award for Guidance in the First National Electronic Music Festival.
